We are pleased to invite you to the XOOPS Open Conference, the 4th XOOPS meeting, on Saturday 21st May, in Tokyo. This is 4th XOOPS meeting in Japan (A report of the 3rd meeting is here).
We'll have a chance to meet popular module developers, exchange our ideas and deepen knowledge of XOOPS.

There will be parallel meeting for XOOPS developers. Special lecture, 'XOOPS for dummies' is also available at this event.

After the conference, we will have a the dinner party ( 4,000 JPY for registration).

The conference is mainly held in Japanese language.

How can I apply to the conference ?

1) Please send email to XOOPS20050521@gmail.com, with your name, contact e-mail address and username at www.xoops.org.

2) Please check your visa requirements to enter Japan, before you book hotels and airlines.
- As of March 2005, Japan had taken measures concerning the waiver of visa requirements with 61 countries and regions. (Visa waiver program of Japan) Please make sure if you have valid Passport or Visa to enter Japan before applying to the conference.

Tourist information

Ground Transportation:
The conference will be held in Okubo, near Shinjyuku station.
From New Tokyo International airport (Narita - NRT) to Tokyo downtown, it takes about 2 hours by train or bus. (Airport Information - NRT website)
